Currently on hold: This piano was purchased in 2003 by the current owner for his son to learn to play. It was placed out of the sunlight, a 2-tank climate control system installed, and it was tuned, regulated and voiced as needed by a NYC area concert technician. It had only light use. The boy no longer plays. There is no visible wear on the action, nor dings in case. It's a superb 228, second only to the Fazioli full-size concert grands.
